The Work by Byron Katie

With regard to a judgment, a belief, or a stressfull thought, ask yourself:

  1. Is it true?
  2. Can I absolutely know that it is true?
  3. How do I react when I think that thought?
  4. Who would I be, how would I react without it?
  5. Turn it around (to your yourself, to the other, to the opposite)
